Over the years manufacturers have modified certain models where their published dimensions might vary slightly from year to year. For this reason, we advise our customers to double check measurements before proceeding with their custom made to order spa cover. Because each spa cover is custom made to your specifications, covers are non-returnable and non-refundable for errors in dimension input. If the dimensions are submitted accurately and there is an issue, please let us know right away at support@hottubcovers.com.
